Delete my Hierro account

Applies to Hierro and Hierro Office (it is the same account). Controller: Jonathan Torres Martin.

From the app (fastest)

1. Open Hierro (the Android app or app.hierroapp.com) and go to Settings. In Hierro Office, also go to Settings.
2. Under Your account, tap Delete my account and tap again to confirm.

The account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Write to soporte@hierroapp.com from the email address you used to create the account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 30 days at most and confirm it to you.

What is deleted

• Your profile (email and name), routines, workouts, weight and settings that had been synced with the account.
• Your links with trainers: they stop seeing your data. If you are a trainer, the links with your clients end and your agenda, templates and settings are deleted.
• The notes, proposals and questionnaires associated with your links.

What is kept

• Technical backups held by the database provider: they may take up to 30 days to disappear.
• What is stored on your device. To remove it, clear the app’s data or uninstall it.
• Invoices and payment receipts, if you bought “remove ads” or a trainer plan: kept by the store or payment provider and, on our side, for as long as the law requires (up to 6 years).
• What your trainer exported (PDF, CSV, images) before you deleted the account: it belongs to them, as controller of that copy.
